I just got done working with a couple of other developers to bring MeritBuilder (www.meritbuilder.com) into it's beta release to the world.  This site allows for any gratitude expressed to you to be displayed publicaly.  It also allows for the things you might have done at your job to not get lost when management changes or you change employers.
